Wander along Brunswick Street, Fitzroy’s main drag, for lots of vintage clothing stores, street art, and second-hand bookshops. Fitzroy’s locals are laid back and super friendly, and the entire area has a culturally diverse vibe. My apartment is centrally located and perfect for exploring the local area on foot, as well as other cutting edge Northside pockets of Melbourne such as Smith Street in Collingwood, Lygon Street in Carlton, and Bridge Road in Richmond.
Located minutes away from the apartment, you’ll find the Melbourne Museum, The IMAX Theatre, The Royal Exhibition Building, and the Carlton Gardens.
