Situated on the southern bank of the Yarra River, Southbank is directly across from Melbourne’s central business district.
Southbank boasts an impressive 2 km stretch of the Yarra River, adorned with wide pedestrian promenades that offer picturesque views of the river and the city skyline. Towards the eastern end of this suburb, you’ll find Princes Bridge, which provides direct access to Melbourne’s CBD.
